Spicer Office
Our Spicer office is located one block west of MN Highway 23 in the newly built Heritage Bank complex, which houses our agency, Heritage Bank, and Deidre's Espresso Cafe & Bakery Shop. All three businesses are connected by common doorways for your one-stop shopping and dining convenience. Ken Ohl, CIC, is the President/General Manager of Pioneer Heritage Insurance with over 30 years experience as an agent. Lori Holmberg, fully-licensed full-time agent, has over 18 years experience in the insurance industry, and specializes in personal and commercial property/casualty coverages. Ronda Habicht and Berni Schwaegerl are both fully licensed agents and CSR's who handle the service work for the Spicer office, in addition to writing all lines of new business. Nancy Sondrol is our Bookkeeper who oversees accounting and payroll functions for our four locations, and recently celebrated 30 years with Heritage Bank and Pioneer Heritage Insurance. Verona Thompson is our Receptionist with over 38 years of insurance experience who will cheerfully greet you when you call our office. Cindy Ohl, also fully-licensed, is a commercial CSR and handles the service work on business accounts.
